Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kelly, as Chief Executive Officer, provides insight and executive leadership for the firm’s direction and growth. His balanced and broad experience has benefited many of our largest and loyal clients. Mr. Kelly’s financial background and expertise makes him well suited to lead the firm through today’s challenging markets.
President and COO
Mr. Gerbner, as President, has responsibility for the implementation of strategic firm goals. With 30 years experience in the planning, design, and coordination of healthcare, government, and institutional projects, he also continues to lead clients in achieving a high level of quality while meeting functional, budget, and schedule goals.
Director of Operations
Mr. Loos, a principal in the firm, is the Director of Operations, and serves as a project principal for select clients. Mr. Loos has extensive experience in Structural Engineering and Architecture. His responsibilities include management and coordination of the firm’s resources and staffing. Mr. Loos has been involved in the design and management of many of the firm’s largest projects.
Executive Vice President
Mr. Hebden, is Executive Vice President responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of the firm’s business development initiatives. He leads EwingCole’s Federal Government practice and has extensive experience in leading clients in alternate project delivery methods, including design/build.
Senior Vice President
Donald H. Dissinger is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. He joined EwingCole in 1985 and serves on the company’s executive committee and board of directors. As senior vice president of the firm he contributes to firm wide initiatives related to programming, planning and design; strategic growth; client developement; and serves as the Director of the Sports and Entertainment Practice. Don brings more than 30 years of programming, planning and design leadership to EwingCole and has served the American Institute of Architects Pennsylvania Chapter as Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee, Treasurer, Vice President and President. He initiated the legislative reforms that led to the adoption of the statewide building code in Pennsylvania and was the founder of the Pennsylvania Architects Political Action Committee.
